Junior/Senior Workshop master [Facilitator & Organizer]
Details:
Start Date: As soon as you can!
Duration: Full Time
Location: Delhi/Mumbai and everywhere in between
Compensation: Let's discuss!
*Junior or Senior will depend on prior experience and ability to take responsibility
Junior/Senior Workshop Master:
As an Arranger, you will be responsible for workshops that are the heart of what we do. You should be passionate about making sure all arrangements are made from shopping (oh yeah!) for material, stocking it, organizing it, and of course facilitating workshops for our supreme audience - the kids!
What Are We Looking For In A Workshop Master?
You live for the Aaha! moments on a child’s face. You love interacting with children on a regular basis, have the ability to identify their making and learning needs and most importantly, know how to ‘not teach’, as unlearning is the most critical step for tinkering! You are borderline obsessive compulsive about organizing, planning and arranging for things (think Monica from Friends). You love to travel (a lot) and are okay to work in not the most comfortable conditions. The workshops you lead will give feedback to the Makers of Stuff on how their projects are performing in the field, so working a team is crucial. If you think you might be one of the Incredibles! do apply.
We are agnostic to your background, but are looking for high levels of professionalism, work ethic, the ability to work in a team and just generally be awesome! Of course, do try to show that you really can do this job.
